Offshore Process Equipment: Conbit-Frames Collaboration

Working together to minimize time and cost and maximizing efficiency.

During the lifetime of an offshore installation, operators will replace process modules to make their assets more effective. The partnership between Frames and Conbit provided a turnkey service solution, minimizing the impact of the process equipment replacement process. Using alternative modular lifting solutions, no large marine spread is required to install new process equipment offshore.

Integrated project approach

Engineering and supply of process equipment combined with the offshore installation minimize project risks. A project team manages all aspects of the project. Conbit provides a cost-efficient installation method, including the required lifting equipment, offshore accommodation, and offshore crew transfer.

Professionals of Conbit and Frames will coordinate the offshore commissioning works. Frames provides world-class process equipment from P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) to successful Factory Acceptance Test.

The benefits

The Conbit–Frames partnership provides a cost-efficient EPCIC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation & Commissioning) solution, making the offshore asset more economical and saving project lead time.

The parties will work together to complete the project without interface delays, allowing one project team to be in contact with its counterpart project team on the supplier side.
