We brew to celebrate together. Sharing a cold beer sparks real conversations with the friends, freelancers, and suppliers who lift our projects to new heights. It’s our way to pause, connect, and say thanks—raising a glass to smart preparation, safe execution, and the unforgettable moments that happen when great people work as one.
Why “Rascal”
“Rascal” nods to the playful spirit you feel when working with Conbit: serious engineering with a grin. Our partners know the power of preparation—and the joy that comes from getting it right together. Reliable at heart, a little cheeky at the edges: that’s the energy we wanted in name and flavor.
About the Beer
Bright hops and exotic flavors collide in a bold, refreshing brew that’s as fearless as it is smooth. Echoing the Conbit experience: where trust meets taste. This dry‑hopped, hazy IPA balances confident bitterness with silken body and vibrant aromatics—crafted to toast the crews, clients, and collaborators who make the work memorable.
Ingredients & Details
Built for crisp refreshment and layered aroma. Sub‑style: Hazy IPA. Beer type: Dry‑hopped IPA. Bitterness (IBU): 25. Drinking temperature: 7 °C. Hops: Idaho 7, Mosaic, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace. Malts: Oat flakes, Pilsner, Rye, Wheat. A confident, modern profile with citrus, pine, and plush fruit notes over a smooth, oat‑kissed finish.
What’s Next
Our next beer is already on the drawing board—co‑created with our network and tuned for peak drinkability. Expect a fresh twist on our lifting DNA, layered flavor, and a story worth sharing. Development is underway now; release is planned for late 2026. Get ready to raise the bar—and your glass.
A Note on the Recipe
This is a between-batch release: a smaller run using our brewer’s proven recipe, not a proprietary Conbit formulation. We chose this path to keep the tradition alive while we design the next original. Same spirit, tighter supply—so if you find a bottle, consider it a well‑earned reward.

Ask your Conbit contact—they’ll point you to the nearest stash. You can also taste it at Belgian Offshore Days, 11–12 March. Enjoy responsibly and please don’t drink if you’re driving home. We’d love to share a toast, a story, and a laugh—see you there.
