Manager Conbit High Tech
KEY RESULT AREAS
• To manage all aspects of a project by means of people management, risk management, project execution and controlling
• To set milestones, communicate project status, and identify and address setbacks
• To ensure development and engineering projects are done within planning and budget
• To organize and lead project meetings
• To report on a regular basis to the Manager Conbit High Tech
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
• Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Oral and written Dutch and English skills
• Skilled in the use of IT applications such as:
• Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• MS projects
DESIREABLE
• Knowledge of mechatronics, controls, electrical
• Knowledge of the semiconductor sector
• Knowledge of machine directives, and other relevant standards
EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
• A minimum of 3 years ‘experience in a similar position
• A minimum of 8 years of broad, relevant work experience
DESIREABLE
• Experience in the semiconductor Industry
• Experience with fabrication techniques
• Experience in machine building
