Key Result Areas
- You lead a growing team (currently 7) of talented Mechanical Engineers;
- You are the Mechanical Engineering Group Lead for D&E in Eindhoven. Production is located at DKAT in Arnhem;
- Plan together with the Director Conbit High Tech the growth of the engineering team in Eindhoven and Arnhem;
- Responsible for the competence growth of your Mechanical Engineers and plan the growth of the competence of your team;
- Responsible for the quality delivered by the Mechanical Engineering team;
- Together with the Project Manager make sure that the correct competences are available for the different projects;
- Together with sales, you assist in acquiring work and projects;
- You identify, initiate, develop, implement and own process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
- Experience leading a development team
- Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Professional attitude
- Commercial experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient oral and written Dutch and English skills
- Skilled in the use of IT applications such as:
- Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- MS projects
DESIREABLE
- Background in mechatronics, controls, electrical development
- Knowledge of the semiconductor sector
- Knowledge of machine directives, and other relevant standards
EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
- A minimum of 5 years ‘experience in a similar position
- A minimum of 10 years of broad, relevant work experience
DESIREABLE
· Experience in the semiconductor Industry
· Experience with fabrication techniques
· Experience in machine building
